Our family finds great joy in exploring the outdoors through camping, hiking, and biking. This love for the outdoors brought us down a path to create video content and share our story on YouTube. Over the years, our channel “Frey’s On The Side” has grown a loyal audience and my video creation skills have sharpened. My passion for video storytelling started as a hobby several years ago and now my ambitions are to be a video creator full-time.

Event Promo

Over the past three years we have been attending Keweenaw Overland Adventure Retreat, affectionally known as K.O.A.R. The first year of attendance we won a video submission contest recapping the event and this year we were asked by the host to provide a promotional video intended to quickly highlight the event and how to navigate the purchase of tickets.

Storytelling is a rich part of our human culture and is one of my greatest passions. This video highlights our favorite type of edit by recapping our family adventures, capturing loving memories, through video formate utilizing first person handheld vlog, drone, music and voice over.

Expo Promo

Midwest Overland Off Road Expo, a.k.a. MOORE is held each year in Springfield Missouri and is one of the largest indoor/outdoor expos for the Overlanding market. This year Frey’s On The Side was invited to be a Storyteller (influencer) and we had the privilege to partner with the MOORE expo in creation of this video. The video highlights a first person conversation with “myself” and what to expect at the expo.

Creative Intro

The Wisconsin Overlanding community is amazing. The group is filled with great people wanting to explore the road less traveled and discover the beauty of Wisconsin’s outdoors. This video showcases a creative intro and tells a story of an impromptu day exploring the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
